This version of MEMECHIP is designed especially for discovering motifs in LARGE sets of DNA sequences such as those produced by ChIP-seq experiments. There is a 50MB upper limit. This corresponds to a maximum of approximately 100,000 sequences of length 500bp. A motif is a description of a common pattern in sequences, such as a transcription factor binding site. Use this form to submit DNA sequences to MEMECHIP and a number of other tools that aid in finding motifs and evaluating the quality of the found motifs.
